I am writing to let you know how unsatisfied my experience was today at your bowie location. I ordered over the phone for pick up, I was able to apply my loyalty coupon $10 off $25, but when I went to pay with my bones club dollars and credit card, the front desk young lady said I didnt have any money rewards on my bones club card.
I asked her to check again because I know I had $20 on my card account, she said I had to call the number on the card, which there is no number on the card, she then walked off, I thought to get manager assistance, but after 10 mins waiting at the counter and the food sitting there getting colder, I left. Without my lunch and wasting my Time and gas driving back and forth.
I am very disappointed with this store and its staffing and not sure why I would return.
Since today was the last day to use the loyalty discount 10 off 25, I lost that value as well. So your employee lost you the sale and me my discount.
Upon returning home I logged into the smokeybones website, and verified my card still has the $20 rewards on account.

Nothing has happened. Smokey Bones has not contacted me at all to resolve this issue. That company doesn't care.
The pick up time was set for 9:45pm. When arriving at 9:45pm, I was told my food wasn't ready yet, and would take 15-20 minutes to be ready. I prepaid online, and the young girl Brooke told me they would rush it. I ordered the food to have at work last night, I work the 11-7 shift at my job.
I explained to her I need to be to work at 10:30pm. I did not recieve my food until 10:20pm, and I was late for work! Not only did the employee refuse to give me a refund, but when I arrived at work, all 4 quart sized cinnamon apples were only half filled each!! I would like a refund of my money I've spent on that particular meal.
In the past few days, I've spent over $100.00 at that location because I like the food, but if I do not recieve a refund, I will no longer support any Smokey Bones locations, and will also get the word out to my following to boycott this establishment as well. This is one of the most disrespectful things an establishment can do to a returning customer. I paid in full for my food, and got less than half of my food in return!!! The very young crowd of employees that were working last night were just lounging around, in an empty restaurant.
A restaurant that remained empty the entire time I was forced to wait for my food.
I do not understand why it took so long to make my food, when I ordered it 20 minutes before I arrived to pick it up! Please feel free to email and/or call me at 617-943-**** to rectify this.

Me and my husband went for dinner there. The outside of the building needs cleaned up from the bushes that had weeds growing out of them.
When you go to the front doors the glass need cleaning. The windows were a mess. The hostess were playing on their phone the whole entire time we were waiting instead of helping clear off the tables. And it was not at all busy.
We were waiting they let a person take a menu outside to look at it. The person brought it back in but it could of been contaminated. The face masks not being worn properly by the hostess. The menu was not paper it was plastic.
We were done with the menus I did not see them wipe them off. They had paper menus but we were not offered them. The busboy who was cleaning off the tables and not wearing a mask and also wiped his nose on his arm. The table that we were sitting at the floor was sticky.
The condiments like the sauces were sitting out where people could touch them all the time. I ordered Cole slaw and it was mostly cabbage and vinger. We were leaving after eating the hostess was bending over and the shirt was riding up on her back where you could see half of her back and still playing on her phone.
It was not a good experience. We will not be back.

I haven't received a response from the restaurant. Suffice it to say, I won't be ordering from Smokey Bones anytime soon, if ever.
