I never received my w2 in the mail, i emailed the w2@***.com and still haven't received it nor even got a response. I really need it I can't file until i receive it. This is ridiculous.

Had hair in my food called the location back to get it resolved before having to contact corp. I was on hold for 12 mins before hanging up and calling back. The youug lady answering the call was rude and nasty. I did not catch her name.

No silver ware the guy said he was going to roll some silverware but must have forgotten. My order was totally messed up. Ordered flats for my chicken paid an extra dollar. When my food came out my wings were smoked not fried it was not all flats. When it was time for my food to come out the waiter asked did I want them to box it because she realized it took so long that my entire party was done eating. When I got home my wings were smoked. I always eat at smokey bones just not this location.

Ordered online and nobody is here

We ordered online and according to the internet it said they were open. We ordered lunch for our kids birthday for a total of 115.29 but when we got there the lights were on and nobody was there. Talk about being pissed!!!! We had family coming and no food for them to eat. So we went down the street to famous Daves were we received Excellent service / food. With our experience that we received or lack of I dont know if we will ever go back to Smokey Bones!!!

Ordered food online for a specific time. Was told order not ready. Service person was rude and unhelpful. What is the point of having a timed pickup when food not ready? Why would you patronize a company where the personnel are rude when there are many other choices out there?

We have been going to Smokey Bones in Stoughton, Ma for a very long time. I'm a member of the bones club. The last maybe 3 times we have been there the service and the food were awful. The meat was dry and for the price it has been a total disappointment and we probably won't go back anytime soon. On another note the ladies room was disgusting, floors were sticky and the bathroom itself was so dirty that I wouldn't let my granddaughter in there to use the bathroom.

Fraudulent activity on my credit card from an employee

April 21, 2020 I called in a to go order at the Valley View Smokey Bones in Roanoke, VA. The server name was Anthony helped his self to a unauthorized $10.00 tip. My bill was $18.81 I checked my bank receipt my account was charged 28.81. I called the restaurant spoke with the manage on April 23, 2020. He took my name and number. I'm very upset that during a time of a pandemic or just stealing my money period is a practice your corporation would allow. The waiter received a cash tip and to steal money very unethical. I will not patronage your company as I eat there often.

It may well be a hold that will drop off once it clears your bank. If so, you will need to do the ethical thing and post an apology.

Horribly poor service and food

I took my fiancé to dinner at your restaurant in York pa. First the restaurant was almost empty with maybe 6 tables and a empty bar. Our server took about 8 mins to even acknowledge us. We order drinks and took another 15 mins to even get drinks from the bar when it was completely empty. Then we finally got our food and both was look warm at best. We didnt bother saying anything cause the poor service was enough to know that our issue wouldnt have been resolved anyway. Further more the hostess had her child sitting alone at a table which is horribly unprofessional for any business to allow. I hope these feedback actually means something and corrective actions are taken.

I contacted Alfonso this morning 1/30/2020 at 10:35 and he was very rude, disrespectful. He terminated the call because I requested to speak with the manager not knowing he was the manager. He proceed to lie and say the manager was busy. When I called again a young lady confirmed I was previously speaking to the manager Alfonso. First of all I order to Grubhub and it took 2 hours and 35 minutes for me to received my order Order #234410**-**48580. They excused was the tablet was off but that excused its very old since it's been used multiple times. Then I contacted Smokey bones to have them put the order in my bones card, they requested for me to call today because they were to busy. I called first thing in the morning and Alfonso was awful. The worst yet!! I am 54 years old and in my life I had never come crossed someone so horrible.

I was in your establishment at Pembroke Mall. The group i was with had 15 people give or take a few.

We was there celebrating my niece and nephew 5 year old birthday party. It took us from 6:30 to 7:45 to be seated. They didnt have the sense to pull tables together to accommodate our party together. There was already two large parties there.

We then had to wait another 25 minutes to get some water. We had 2 waitress then the waitress came back with the water said she by herself. It took another hour and half before we got our food. The manager did not help the situation at all I ask to speak to her 3 time to see why our food still not on the table she never can out.

We had kids still hungry and had to go to school the next day.

We was so upset, there was not reason why situation couldnt been handle in a timely and satisfaction matter. Thank you

DO NOT GO

I stopped at your 6744 Miller Lane, Dayton Ohio location last night for dinner. We arrived at 7:00 the restaurant was not busy at all and we were happy to see that we could get in and have a meal. When we walk into the lobby and to the hostess stand we found the hostess being reprimanded by one of the waitresses on staff. If front of the customers waiting to be seated and other staff members. He seemed very inexperienced and should never have been left alone to sit customers if he did not know the process. From what we gathered he was sitting customer in sections that had been closed. The waitress kept says, “you can’t sit people in this section the waitress working there has been cut”, I don’t know what the means but he continued to do so. At one point we waited at the hostess table for 10 minutes while he walked around the restaurant with a family while asking if they can sit here. Again he didn’t appear to know what he was doing, at all. Finally another waitress walked up to us and asked if we’d been helped, we explained the situation and she said she would sit up, then decided she couldn’t because she didn’t know how to read his log? So she then walked away. At no point in this entire process did we see or talk to a manager. After almost 10 minutes of standing at the hostess desk we were finally sat by yet another waitress. The host was still with the same family and was now cleaning off a table. Once we were seated, we waiting for another 15 minutes without a single waitress approaching us. There were several that walked by us but never once did one stop and ask us if we’d been helped or anything. We finally got sick of waiting and decided this was not going to be a good experience and put our coats on and walked out. We were again stopped a the hostess desk by a waitress that was bent over laying on the hostess desk talking to the inexperienced host and when we told her we had been sitting for 15 minutes and no help, we were leaving. Her reply to us was “well if you would have asked me I could have waited on you” still bent over resting on the host desk. Really!!! Since when does a customer have to come and ask for someone to serve them in a restaurant. It was a horrible experience especially since we have gone to that facility before and had a dinner. I guess we will be looking for another BBQ place in our area. One last thing, at no point in the entire situation did we ever see a manager. You have waiters and waitresses standing and talking, goofing off with each other, playing and general unprofessional behavior thru the entire restaurant.
