For a $20 plus tip lunch, I was very disappointed. I don't plan on returning.

I am a busy nurse who works in administration, but I treat myself a couple times a week to ordering out. I arrived 10 min late for my order and still had to wait another five min until it was brought out. I had the salad with 6oz sirloin (medium) added. The salad was missing the cheese.

It was just lettuce and a couple of tomatoes. The lettuce was wilted. The steak was cooked medium rare, not sliced and just thrown on top of the salad, making it even more wilted. The ranch tasted like it came right out of a bottle.

I will say the staff was friendly and professional, however, there was only one or two tables occupied at the time in the restaurant. This made my experience even more frustrating.

I will stick to my other restaurants from now on. They are higher quality, on time and CHEAPER!.

Friday Dec 10 at 12:15am I visited the Smokey bones at Easton town center in Columbus Ohio, it was by far the worse experience I had. Me and my sister and friend stop to get some food before we went home from a sneaker ball party we went to 1st was given old menus with old prices did not know then the staff was so rude and disrespectful to each other saying all types of raciest things to each other .

Like I hate white people, you touch me now you have me fleas, more racial thinking I choose not to even repeat. someone sitting at the bar says come to the Mexican side and the *** word.I feel like it was total inappropriate . A white man sitting on the other side of the bar heard the conversation and his face said it all he walk out. When we 1st arrived at the restaurant we was advised the kitchen was closing in 10 minute so hurry and make a selection that was fine .we placed our order food comes out only 1 order was wrong it had tomatoes on the fries and the black girl with dreads that was saying all the raciest stuff put the plate down and said ol well and walk away .

We then told the bar tender the order was made wrong she had a attitude and had the kitchen re-make the food.I was even offer a drink non alcohol of course but never received of course . I ask 2 times but never received . The staff was too busy in they own inappropriate conversations to pay attention to the customers. Once we got our bill the prices different then what menu we got.

The manger came out super rude and said well the prices change the other day . Nothing can be done. Now let me say this it was truly o my by a $1 or $2 but it was the principal . She even seen the menu ( happy hour prices ) that the bartender gave us .

She would not honor the prices . Danny and Makayla was the only name of the workers that released they name . I will never go back to the location . The staff that was there Friday night needs more training on how to be professional or let go period .

You can tell they are all friends and was joking with each other but the racial stuff yeah Im not with that .

The black girl with dreads was just as guilty as the white bartender on duty that night . Hopefully you have camara and can review that night I have listed the real time of when everything was happing

My wife and I went to your Cheektowaga, Ny location on 1/18/2024, 4:30-6:30PM. We ordered food and drinks.

We paid our bill with a $50. gift card that we purchased thru Smokey Bones website prior to Christmas. We were given 2-$10 bonus gift cards with each $50 gift card. We gave bartender $50.

gift card and 1-$10 bonus card. Our bill was $64.63 and we paid balance and tip in cash. When we got home I received an email stating I was 51 pts away from a $10 reward, I had also received an email on Fri. 1/12/2024 that I had earned a $10 reward.

At no time did we tell bartender to use that reward. I then looked at my account and saw $10 reward was no longer in my account. I called the Cheektowaga location to speak with a manager. I explained situation to her and she asked if I could hold while she looked into it.

Upon her return she offered to send me a $10 gift card in the mail to replace one that was used. I was ok with that but mentioned that she should look further into this as to what happened. She then told me she did and that bonus gift card was expired. I informed her that if she was aware that bonus card didnt expire until 2/29/2024.

It appears someone used my $10 rewards without my OK and IF bonus card was expired why didnt anyone tell me that (because it wasnt expired) So your manager feels replacing my rewards card that was redeemed without my permission with a $10 gift card is sufficient! Is that your policy and will anyone look into this further.

This isnt the first time I have had issues with this bartender and I feel I need to bring it to someones attention. I will provide my receipt but I saw no place to attach it to my complaint

Horrible visit

We went for Valentine's Day dinner. We had a reservation.

We have been there several times. Service was kinda slow but that was to be expected. .my husband ordered the brisket sampler I ordered a 6 oz sirloin. My husband's brisket came not looking like brisket and 95% fat.

His baked potato was so cold the butter wasn't melting. My steak was like a hockey puck. It was dry and tough and no flavor. I had maybe 3 pieces of broccoli and some very salty fries.

All I ate was 2 bites of the steak. Mt husband complained on the brisket. The waitress was awesome but she sent us the GM Cierra. She was so rude and hateful.

Her exact words was were not going to cook the food the way you want. .umm really? She took it back and sent it him out a burger which was over cooked and his fries was ice cold. .I didn't even get to complain on my steak.

After her rude self we was ready to leave.

Our bill was still $90 for food we didn't even get to eat or wouldn't eat. I don't think we will be going back to this restaurant I am not asking for gift cards a refund would be nice and have her retrained in customer service...you don't treat customers like they are dirt and a inconvenience to you ...I have a copy of my receipt

Bartender was given a $10 off bonus coupon! Instead she kept that coupon and used my $10 reward, without my knowledge.

When I got home I noticed this and called to speak with manager. Manager offered to send me a 410. gift card. When I asked her why this happened I was told bonus coupon was expired!

I told manager that was wrong it didnt expire until 2/28/2024. I then reached out to corporate, as this has happened before by same bartender! They never responded to my email. Watch your bill at this location!

This why they have to give rewards and bonus bucks to get people to go there! Dont care about customers being ripped off!

Unprofessional Conduct and Terrible Service

On 02/11/2024 I was watching the Superbowl with my wife and we ordered two unlimited wings. First, we waited an hour before we could even take our order and, Lucerno was our server.

Now this is where the problem started: when we were waiting, she was skipping by us, and, people who came after us were getting served before we were. The food was not that good in the first place so we ordered sides and an appetizer. So, the game was going into the 4th quarter and we paid for our food and got to-go boxes so they could clean our table while we finished watching the game. So while I was sitting there Lucerno snatched my food off the table so that I had to literally chase her with my food and then she dared to shove my food in the trash.

Lucero, did this after we paid for our food. Something needs to be done by this treatment I was highly upset by her coming to my table and snatching my food from me off and my table after we paid for our food assuming we were leaving or taking our food with us. We just wanted the table clean from all the plates we had.

She was so unprofessional that she forgot to charge us for the appetizer and sides. That store needs a change of management because right now that store is going down.

I believe this is more about the disrespect of the waitress!! Very unprofessional to take something without someone permission off their table.

While still present! Wrong places do let you take all you can eat home!!! Buffets don't for sure!! I would suggest 1st corporate and contacting credit card company!!

Or maybe TV or a lawyer!! The disrespect in 2024 needs to end!!!

While I am not a lawyer, I worked long enough in the legal field as a paralegal to state with confidence there is no attorney who would take on this "non-case". And no, you are not permitted to order unlimited specials in a restaurant and then fill up takeout boxes with said specials.

The unlimited specials must be consumed while in the restaurant! Stating otherwise (due to your wishful thinking) is not going to change the policy on unlimited specials Nice try though.

I don't know about you but me and wife don't want to sit at the table with dirty plates watching the Superbowl. You are probably the person who took my plate off my table while we sitting there.

If you had been paying attention it was a whole quarter left to play. Plus, the wings were not that great and I didn't want them in the first place. Plus whoever you are I promise you that I make 10 times more money than you to scam for a $15 wings.

I could have gone anywhere else to eat. But this proves the ignorance of the people who work in Smokey Bone's at Valley View.

The previous poster is correct. When you order an unlimited special, restaurants do NOT allow you to take any to go.

If you just had your sides and appetizer boxed, that's another thing entirely. I agree, the server should have asked if you wanted to finish your wings before you left the restaurant.

From what you wrote, she apparently forgot about your sides and appetizer and in her mind, you were trying to take the unlimited wings with you. She should have been more professional about it and not grab things and throw them away.

I was not going to take those wings home. However, they were there for me in case I wanted to eat some while still watching the game.

The main point is the server had no business touching anything on my table while I was especially after we paid for our meal. I was sitting at our table not walking out the door leaving. She was unprofessional and ignorant and went way over the authority of confronting me at my table about some dry-ass wings.

Plus I saw the server in the back eating people's wings in the back area. I never had any server do what she had done in all the days I have been to a restaurant.

Your post isn’t 100% clear, excuse me if I’m wrong. I’m guessing this has to do with unlimited wings.

Places don’t allow an order to go.

The unlimited is for dine in only. If that was the case, the waitress shouldn’t have been rude and at least asked if you wanted to eat them before you leave.

Disappointed Customer

I placed a to-go order last night Wednesday 2/28 and picked up at 7:30pm. My order consisted of (2) 1/4 BBQ chicken with 2 sides.

After retrieving my order, I went to the car and checked the bag; I discovered that not only was one of my sides missing, but one of my entrees only had single drum stick. I walked back in the restaurant to explain my concerns and the cashier at the front went to get the manager. After waiting for her to "get off the phone" the manager confronted me in a very rude, degrading manner. She told me that I didn't specify if I wanted white or dark meat.

I told her that was not my issue, my issue was I only had a drum stick in my box. She was very dismissive and told me there was nothing she could do. I am highly upset! I paid $17.99 for a single drum stick?!.

I have been going to Smokey Bones for years and order the same thing and have NEVER experienced this. I feel cheated and disrespected and will not be back.

Feedback regarding your new 25th anniversary Ribs special offering

My husband and I are regular customers at Smokey Bones in Tarentum, PA. We like the location and the food and we LOVE our regular server, Christina, who is beyond amazing.

We decided last week to try your ribs special and they were beyond DISGUSTING!!! By the time we cut the fat off of each rib and then had to pull the thick veins out of each of ribs - so GROSS!!!. My husband can tolerate fat much more than I can, but even he lost interest in the food on his plate very quickly. I ate half of my ribs and Christina boxed the rest for me before I had a chance to tell her I did not want them and they sat in my refrigerator until garbage day.

Whoever designed your marketing strategy miss the mark on this one by a long mile - serving customers substandard products does not develop a strong customer base. A month ago we ordered baked potatoes for our side and they were so incredibly small that we were given two potatoes on our plates.

Fortunately, we usually order mostly the same items week after week but we often venture out of our comfort zone and try new items except for your rediculously expensive specialty steaks or pork chops. If it weren't for your coupons we would stop in a lot less.

We eat there all the time and in this particular night we spent over $75 for food that was not fresh or prepared properly the steak was undercooked, and the salmon was overcooked and the lettuce of the salad was old. The GM Anthony was and not trying to resolve the problem!! They completely have bad customer service and no appreciation for their customers!!

I was double charged on sept 10th 2023. The manager in dayton won't talk to me. I am thinking about going to small claims if I can't get my refund back. I did everything she asked me to do and I even sent her another email.if someone comes in you would want them to pay for there food. All I am asking is the 83.83 back since it was not my fault.

I was discriminated against

I was with my wife as I walked into Smokey bones in Dayton Ohio on Miller lane 11pm on Sunday as I sat down at the bar I was immediately approached by management and was told I was not going to be served at the bar for whatever reason I felt it may have been because I was black, so I am demanding some action being taken about this matter or I will take it to the news about this matter
