Bad service

I went to the Smokey Bones restaurant in Plantation by the Fountains off of University Dr. and the service was bad. No one was there to greet me and seat me. And the table I sat at was not clean I had to wait on server staff for another 15 minutes and that was for the drink and later waited another half an hour for my food. After I received my meal I ate my meal and asked for a takeout container and a check. I wanted to cash out and the driver man refused to cash me out then I had to get cashed out by the same server who was a bartender and did not even leave her a tip I was that upset.

Water leaking

I am a licensed plumber and my wife works at Smokey bones in Greenwood Indiana. She said that her ceiling was leaking and asked if I knew what it could be. I was unable to get in to the attic area but looking at the water coming from the ceiling, in my personal opinion, there is a water pipe that is leaking not rainwater. It is currently not raining and is still dripping at a steady pace in numerous places of that section. A plumber in your network needs to be contacted immediately to resolve problem, and to stop further damage .

Preferred solution: I would like the problem to be addressed immediately, so it does not take away the money that could be made.

Very bad experience with waitress!!!

The bill was $56.10 and gave her $57.00 told her to keep the change and had a tip on the table she came storming back to the table, shoving a one dollar bill in front of me !!!

Not Happy Smoky Bones!!

They keep changing the menu to suit themselves, not the customers. We went in both of us planned on ordering the grilled cheese sandwich with tomato bisque. We were told the bisque has been taken off the menu. We expressed our displeasure but still ordered the sandwich. But when we got home I realized they still charged us the same price. $18.99, which was the price we paid when we could get the soup. Paid that for the sandwich alone. And because they have changed the menu so much, we won't be going back. They have screwed us over one too many times. See ya never Smoky Bones!!

I had my son birthday celebration there the 18th of this month and the General Manager was very rude and disrespectful.

I had 30 people to show up for my party and what I was told when I reserved at that place is if I have more people to show up they would accomadate the sitting for me, and when my party of people showed up I was told something entirely different. Ans he was rude and disrespectful.

Ribs overcooked

I was just sold a slab of ribs so overcooked and dry from the Avon, Indiana location it might should just close down. Someone definitely need to look into whomever is cooking. It wasnt even close to closing. It was 8:30pm.

Sean from the Wilkes-barre Pennsylvania Smokey bones is an amazing cook. I am a vegetarian and my veggie burger he made about 2 months ago was on my mind. When we came back today he remembered us he cooked my veggie burger perfectly again! Sean not only has amazing cooking skills however Im a picky eater and he was so accommodating as well as having an amazing personality.

1) Parking lot had NO lines. 2). Booth seats ragedy/torn 3).Taylor the Server said we could use our $10 off my $26.18 meal.Taylor returns and said I couldn't, it had to be b4 taxes.Which she did not say that b4. 4).Taylor didn't try to make it better, when we were leaving 7 staff were in the front/ near door.Nobody said, "have a great day, thx for coming." ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I AM BEYOND PISSED!

I ordered a take-out order/steak from the Greensboro, NC, Smokey Bones Restaurant. It arrived tougher than a slab of cement with freezing cold sides.

I called to obtain a refund. The store manager (who I had to track down) explained that they did not have the ability to refund orders and that it would be easier for me to simply call my credit card company and dispute the charge (she stated that Smokey Bones would simply not respond to the credit card inquiry). REALLY? I need to go through all that trouble to obtain a refund for one of the worst meals that I've ever ordered?

She apologized - and told me how awful it is to work at Smokey Bones with the inability to refund orders in a normal manner along with a litany of other issues - and apparently could do "nothing else" (Teresa Bacon).
I called the Regional Manager (Terrence Ishmeal) who "could not believe the poor customer service received". He said he would immediately send out a gift card to cover the cost of the meal - and it would be mailed out that same day. I never received any gift card in the mail. I'm not sure why I thought he would follow-through.

Why would anyone concoct a story that they planned to immediately satisfy a customer and hope that "I would give them another chance" - and all was a lie? It only makes customers even angrier than when they received a rock-hard steak. I contacted him several times afterwards explaining that nothing was received in the mail. No response.

It is hard to believe that this is a company who even wants customers to return to the restaurant.
I have let everyone know of this restaurant story - and this company - and the way they treat food issues. No one from my place of work or anyone who hears the story from me personally will ever visit Smokey Bones again. Truly, they have lost more customers than they realize.

The Greensboro, NC, restaurant is beyond anything that I can even describe - but these managers are unprofessional and untrustworthy.
Again - I will let everyone know - social media included - of this experience. No doubt about it.

Disappointed

I ordered barbecue ribs, mac & cheese, loaded potato everything was terrible. The ribs were dry. I think they were left from the day before the macaroni was real cold and also the baked potato wasnt even done. It was real hard so I suggest you dont eat there.

I was told by my gf to order a certain Flavor of wings that we always get when we go here, when I called the *** girl who answered the phone told me that they didnt do that flavor, even though it was on their menu and weve had it countless times. After I told my gf what happened she tried to change our order through the phone and was met with even more attitude.

When we arrived to pickup our order the wings were literally black. Despite trying to go through Smokey bones directly and asking them to contact us, there has been nothing to resolve this, dont go to colonie/Albany location or a stuck up blonde who has no right or skill set to be in a customer service job will *** up your order too.
